Sega Saturn USB-C Power Supply Mod

Image
Today we're gonna modify this japanese Saturn that runs on 110V/60Hz to make it run out a USB-C PD output.   Necessary tools: SaturnPSU from AliExpress ( link here ) USB-C 12V decoy module ( link here ) Access to a 3D printer ( 3D part available here ) First, let's open this bad boy. What I like to do with these is round the edges using a cheap 400 grit diamond stone or sandpaper. I add a small angle on the flat part to make it more precise, but beware not to sharpen it too much to avoid cutting into the very thing you want to keep intact.
